Statistics differ or show an error

Do the hours in the statistics not match the schedule? It is usually due to paid breaks, the skill type, publication or the filters.

The statistics only use shifts on published schedule days. How a skill is counted depends on that skill's settings.

How to fix it

  1. Getting a message? Choose a period of at most 400 days, and at least one employee and one skill in the filters.
  2. Are the worked hours too high? Check whether the break skill is marked as Unpaid break. Unpaid breaks do not count as worked time.
  3. Is there leave showing that did not happen? Check in Skills whether that skill has the type Leave by mistake.
  4. Are hours missing? Check whether the schedule for that period has been published.

Good to know

  • Use Download to get the data for each tab as an Excel file.
  • Time tracking is based on the hours in the schedule, including leave. It is not measured working time.
  • On the Forecast tab, actual calls only come in after the end of a day.

Not working?

  • Email support@teamlead.io with the link to the page and a screenshot. The link contains the tab and the period.
