Your dashboard

The dashboard shows your own shifts per day and per week, and your leave requests.

The Dashboard is the page you see when you log in. It shows you at a glance when you work and which skills you have.

What is on your dashboard?

  • The day block, with the date as its title: your shifts for that day, with start and end time and the skill as a coloured label. If you have nothing that day, it says No shifts scheduled.
  • Leave requests: your own requests from today onwards, with Review and Handling. With the Request leave button you create a new request. You only see this block if your organisation uses leave requests.
  • The week block, with the week number as its title (for example Week 42): your shifts per week on a timeline.

How to do it

  • View another day: click the arrows in the day block, or click the calendar icon and choose a date.
  • See more weeks: in the week block, choose 1 week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks. Use the arrows or the calendar to go to another week.
  • Request leave: click Request leave (see Requesting leave).

Good to know

  • When you open it, the day block shows today, or your next working day.
  • You only see your own schedule here. Your colleagues' schedule is under Schedule (see Viewing the schedule).
  • In the day block, the day notes and holidays are shown above your shifts. A pushpin is a note, a repeat icon is a recurring note and a calendar icon is a holiday.
  • The icon next to a day shows where you work, for example a house for home and a building for the office. You only see this if your organisation uses work locations.
  • Do you work at more than one location? Then you also see the location for each day.
  • You only see days that your planner has already released (published).
  • Not seeing a change your planner has just made? Refresh the page.
