I cannot see colleagues who are off in the schedule

By default, the schedule only shows colleagues who have a shift that day. You only see people without a shift once you tick Off in the filter.

How to fix it

1. Open Schedule and choose the day.
2. Click the filter button at the top right of the schedule. The Filters panel opens.
3. Under Skills, also tick Off.

Good to know

• Clear filters switches on all options, including Off.
• In a shift template, Off is already switched on by default.
• You only see colleagues from the location you selected at the top.
• Colleagues with an end date in the past no longer appear in the schedule.
