"Access denied" when logging in with SSO
Getting "Access denied" when logging in with your organisation account? Usually your IT department has not given you access to Teamlead yet.
With SSO, your organisation decides who can open Teamlead, usually with a group in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). If you are not in that group, you cannot get in. Teamlead also shows Access denied if logging in with your organisation was not completed properly.
How to fix it
- Report it to your administrator or IT department, with your name and email address.
- IT checks whether you are in the group for Teamlead and adds you if needed. This also applies if you come back after a period at another department.
- Log in again via your organisation's login link.
Good to know
- If you are in the right group, Teamlead automatically creates your account the first time you log in, as an employee at all locations. If needed, an account manager adjusts the type and locations in Account management.
- A deactivated account automatically becomes active again when you log in with SSO.
Not working?
- Does the message keep appearing? Email support@teamlead.io with your organisation, your email address, the time and a screenshot. Do not include a password.
