# Viewing schedule changes

## Under Schedule changes you see which changes your planner has made to your schedule.

If your planner changes a shift after the schedule has been released, Teamlead records this as a change. That way you see exactly what has changed.

### How to do it

1. Click **Schedule changes** in the menu. You see your own changes from today onwards.
2. For each change you see the **Date**, the **Time** and, under **Change**, the old skill and the new skill.
3. A blue dot next to your name means you have not seen the change yet.
4. Click a change to see the details. **Was** shows the old skill and **Becomes** the new one.

### What is in the details?

- **Created by**: who made the change.
- **Employee notified**: when you received an email about it. If it says **Not yet notified**, no email has been sent yet.
- **Viewed by employee**: whether you have seen the change.

### Good to know

- You only see changes to your own schedule.
- As soon as you open the **Schedule changes** page, all changes in the list count as viewed. Your planner can see that.
- You do not receive an email for every change. Your planner chooses when to send an email. So check **Schedule changes** yourself now and then.
- The **Schedule updated** email takes you to the schedule, not to this page.
- You see older changes via the **Period:** filter. With **Status:** you choose **Unopened** or **Opened**.
- Is a change wrong? Ask your planner. You cannot undo a change yourself.
