# Logging in to Teamlead

## This is how you log in with your organisation's account (SSO) or with your email address and password.

Your organisation decides how you log in. If you do not know, ask your administrator.

### Logging in with your organisation's account (SSO)

1. Ask your administrator or IT department for your organisation's login link. It looks like app.teamlead.nl/?c=organisationcode.
2. Save the link as a bookmark before you open it.
3. Open the link. You see **Welcome back!** with a **Log in with** button and the name of your organisation, for example Microsoft.
4. Click that button and log in with your normal work account. You arrive on the **Dashboard**.

### Logging in with email address and password

1. Go to app.teamlead.nl.
2. Enter your **Email address** and **Password** and click **Log in**.

### Good to know

- Why bookmark it first? After you open the link, the organisation code disappears from the web address. Teamlead only remembers your organisation until you close your browser. A bookmark with the full link always works.
- With SSO you do not have a separate Teamlead password. The login link also works outside your work network.
- You stay logged in for up to two weeks. If your browser clears cookies, for example when you close it, you will have to log in again sooner.
- To log out: click your name at the top right and choose **Log out**.

### Not working?

- No button for your organisation: you did not open Teamlead via the login link, or you clicked the cross next to the button. Open the login link again.
- Your email address and password are not accepted, while your organisation uses SSO: logging in with a password is switched off for your organisation. Use the login link.
- **Access denied**: ask your IT department whether you have access to Teamlead.
- **Login error** with **You are not yet linked to a location. Contact your environment administrator.**: your account does not belong to a department yet. Ask your administrator to arrange this.
