# Checking your schedule via Copilot or Claude

## Connect Microsoft 365 Copilot or Claude to Teamlead and ask questions about your schedule in plain language.

With an AI assistant you can ask, for example, "What time am I working next week?" or "Who is on the phones this afternoon?". The assistant reads your schedule in Teamlead and answers.

### Before you start

- Your organisation must have switched on the connection. Ask your administrator.
- Ask your administrator for the connection address. It is the same for everyone in your organisation.
- For Copilot, your organisation has already set up the Teamlead agent in Copilot Studio.

### Connecting Claude

1. In Claude, go to Settings, then "Connectors", and choose "Add custom connector".
2. Name the connector Teamlead, paste the connection address and confirm.
3. Click "Connect" next to Teamlead.
4. Log in with your own Teamlead account, or with your organisation's account (SSO).
5. On **Allow connection**, click **Approve**.

### Connecting Copilot

1. In Copilot, choose "More agents", search for Teamlead and click "Add".
2. Ask a question, for example "What is my schedule this week?". Click "Open connection manager".
3. Click "Connect" next to Teamlead and log in with your Teamlead account.
4. Click **Approve**. Then click "Submit" and, in Copilot, "Retry".

### Good to know

- The assistant can only read. It does not change anything in Teamlead.
- It only sees what you also see in Teamlead: your own schedule, your location's schedule per day and the staffing. Leave balances and contact details are not included.
- You can also have it draft a swap request, a handover or a week summary.
- Do you use Claude with a Team or Enterprise plan? Then your organisation's owner adds the connector. After that, you click "Connect" yourself.
- Want to stop the connection? Contact your administrator.

### Not working?

- **Connection not enabled**: your organisation has not switched on the connection. Ask your administrator.
- **This request has expired**: connect again from your assistant and approve straight away.
- The assistant knows who you are, but cannot see your schedule: disconnect and connect again.
